Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately - Upselling products and services when appropriate - Meeting or exceeding performance goals - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection - No previous experience required
