Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team at iHeartMedia in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and product/service information.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues and answering questions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Meet and exceed individual and team goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information

Requirements: - 3 or more years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers - Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to work independently from home - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
