Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team at MYOB in Nelson, NZ. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Keep up to date with product information and promotions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Creativity and ability to think outside the box - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
