Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a dedicated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: -Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries -Making outbound calls to potential customers -Providing information about products and services -Resolving customer complaints and issues -Updating customer accounts and records -Meeting or exceeding sales targets -Working collaboratively with team members and other departments -Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: -2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role -Excellent communication skills -Strong problem-solving abilities -Creative thinking skills -Presentation skills -Dedicated and resilient personality traits -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficiency with computer systems and software -High school diploma or equivalent
