Job Description:
First American Financial is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Assistant in our Dunedin, Otago office. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience and who possesses a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and assistance to customers navigating our online platform - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers may encounter - Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Ability to work full-time in Dunedin, Otago, NZ - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
