Job Description:

As a Chat Support Associate at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communication. You will assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions - Assist with booking reservations and processing payments - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality service standards

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Proficiency in using chat software and multitasking - Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude - Analytical skills to problem-solve and make quick decisions - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience required, but hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
