Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through remote chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via chat to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions. 2. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to implement new processes and improve overall efficiency. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems. 6. Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Previous experience in remote customer support preferred.
