Job Description:
WellCare Health Plans is seeking a talented Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services to our customers, and we are looking for a motivated individual to manage our remote chat support team.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and quality customer service - Monitor chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Develop and implement training programs for new and existing chat support agents - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and consistent support for our customers - Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive performance improvements - Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience working remotely and managing remote teams is a plus - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
