Job Description:
GameStop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the chat support team, ensuring high-quality service is provided to customers at all times. - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Train and mentor chat support team members, providing guidance and support as needed. - Handle escalated customer support issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support services.
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer support or related fields. - Driven and independent personality traits. - Strong presentation and creativity skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). - Proven track record of managing successful chat support teams. - Experience with chat support software and tools. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
