Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Tyson Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Monitor chat support metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency. 3. Develop and maintain chat support protocols, guidelines, and best practices to enhance the customer experience. 4. Work closely with other departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. 5. Handle escalated customer chats and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in chat support. 7. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of chat support systems.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving KPIs. 5. Proficiency in chat support tools and software. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a strong team player.
