Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess traits of resilience and motivation, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in emotional intelligence and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to efficiently resolve customer issues - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex customer cases - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - 1+ years of experience in customer service or support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
