Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team at Darden Restaurants in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Remote Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires someone who is resourceful, motivated, and possesses strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with order processing and tracking - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Resourceful and motivated attitude - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills
