Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Assist customers with policy information, claims, payments, and other insurance-related questions - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and project management skills - Hardworking and driven attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
