Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at Nordstrom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Provide product information and assist with purchasing decisions - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics
