Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Dawn Aerospace. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. This is a full-time remote position, providing work flexibility to our employees.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer concerns and issues to their satisfaction - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong cooperation and decision-making skills
