Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Unleashed Software is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. This full-time role offers the opportunity for growth and development within a fast-paced and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in creating and implementing client retention strategies - Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Visa sponsorship available for international candidates - Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events - Vision insurance provided as part of benefits package
