Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Lam Research in Nelson, New Zealand. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates on projects - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and preferences - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong strategic planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
