Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base - Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and discuss upcoming projects - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts and ensure proper billing and invoicing procedures are followed - Prepare regular reports on client activity, satisfaction levels, and sales forecasts

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Driven and hardworking attitude with a passion for customer service - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate challenging situations with grace - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
