Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


State Street Corp. is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions - Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on projects and address any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve clients - Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
