Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into the client relations field. We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, and possesses strong soft skills such as creativity and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Handling client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Developing and implementing strategies to improve client relations and maximize customer retention - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Monitoring client feedback and taking proactive measures to address any issues or concerns - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and meet client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude
