Client Relations Officer

Job description:

Shuttlerock is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role is perfect for someone who is independent, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our services and solutions - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to be able to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills and the ability to think critically and creatively - Experience working with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
