Job Description - Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Potentia, a leading company in the Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a Client Relations Officer to work remotely from home. As an Associate-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Plan and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 6. Participate in virtual meetings and trainings with colleagues from around the world. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions and outcomes.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong analytical and planning skills to effectively manage client relationships. 3. Prior experience in a client relations or customer service role. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 5. Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as video conferencing and online collaboration platforms.
