Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Relations Representative to join our team at Dover, a leading company in Wellington, NZ. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Relations Representative, your main responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. You will need to understand our clients' needs and provide them with exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients - Collaborate with other teams within the company to address client issues and provide solutions - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Resilient and confident personality traits - Experience in people management and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
