Remote Client Relations Specialist

The Remote Client Relations Specialist at Owens-Illinois plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing client satisfaction. This position is based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, and is a full-time entry-level position with no specific experience required.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are completed on time - Monitor client accounts, track sales activities, and provide regular reports to management - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Participate in virtual meetings, webinars, and other client-facing events to promote company offerings and strengthen client relationships

Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to excel in customer service - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
