Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Whirlpool, a leading home appliance manufacturer, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from their home in Wellington, NZ. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and fostering positive relationships with Whirlpool's clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Whirlpool products or services to clients - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met effectively - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively work to prevent potential issues - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding client preferences and feedback

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
