Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home


Job Description:


Vend is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ, with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Process client orders and ensure timely delivery - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns


Requirements: - Proven experience in a client service or customer support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools - Strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and dedicated personality traits - Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution
