Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Choice is seeking a hardworking and adaptable Client Service Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies and initiatives - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of client service principles and practices
