Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

AES is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and track client interactions - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their accounts and address any issues that may arise

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
