Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Skellerup Holdings is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service role. The ideal candidate will be confident, passionate, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have strong time management abilities.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop strategies to meet clients' needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations - Identify opportunities for business growth and retention of existing clients - Track key performance indicators to measure the success of client relationships - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a client service role - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
