Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Cardinal Health is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client services or a related field. The successful candidate will be adaptable, independent, and possessed of excellent teamwork and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions that align with their needs - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement as needed - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion - Create and deliver reports to clients on a regular basis, keeping them informed of performance metrics and progress towards goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure client success


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
