Client Service Officer

Supervalu is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively

Requirements: - Proven experience in client service, account management, or a related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities - Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Independent and hardworking attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
