Job Description:
GeoOp is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure all client information is accurate and up to date. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients. 4. Assist in resolving any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely manner. 5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and feedback. 7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred. 7. Must be dedicated and resourceful in solving problems.
