Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Service Officer to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and online platforms - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist with project management tasks to support client initiatives - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services

Requirements: - Motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a client services role - Hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required
