Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be working from home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from clients regarding their account inquiries, transactions, and general questions - Provide personalized assistance to clients in achieving their financial goals - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations to better assist clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Persuasion skills to effectively interact with clients and promote products - Equal Opportunity Employer statement: J.P.
