Job Description - Client Support Assistant

As a Client Support Assistant at Monsanto in Wellington, NZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Providing product information and assistance to clients - Resolving client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assisting with client onboarding and account management processes - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Providing feedback to the team on client needs and preferences


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support role - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
