Job Description: As a Client Support Assistant at Narrative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This entry-level position requires individuals who are resilient, hardworking, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in time management.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Provide product and service information to clients. 4. Monitor client accounts and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Previous customer service experience is a plus. - Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
