Job Description:
Jade Software Corporation is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients in Wellington, NZ. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to their problems. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. 4. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 6. Assist in creating training materials and conducting client training sessions. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and requests. 8. Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in project management and problem-solving. 5. Creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions for clients. 6. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
