Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


J.C. Penney is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Assistant to work from home in Auckland, NZ. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will support clients with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have regarding our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with any inquiries or concerns. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist clients with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
