Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Associate to join our team at Becton Dickinson in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate-level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. 7. Motivated and confident personality traits. 8. Strong teamwork and creativity skills.
