Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team at MYOB in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, NZ. This is a full-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Remote Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with MYOB software and products - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and customization - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to achieve customer satisfaction - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of basic technical concepts - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
