Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Support Manager to join our team at Telephone & Data Systems in Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing strategic support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests. 2. Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client support services. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. 5. Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss performance metrics, goals, and strategies for success. 6. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the client base. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and support services. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support management or a similar role. 3. Strong strategic planning and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 8. Paid Time Off (PTO) and Gym membership benefits.
