Job Description:
AK Steel Holding is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of client support specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Supervise and train a team of client support specialists - Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and growth - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or customer service - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and confident personality - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals
