Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


As a Client Support Representative at Bank of America Corp. in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team for resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients. 6. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction. 7. Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 3. Ability to conduct research and gather information to provide accurate and relevant solutions to clients. 4.
