Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with any questions or issues regarding their accounts or services - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with remote support tools is a plus
