Job Description: CBS is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and possess strong presentation and leadership skills. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and/or chat. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients to resolve their issues effectively. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests in the company database. - Collaborate with other team members, including sales and technical teams, to ensure client needs are met. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services to existing clients. - Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. - Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
