Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Support Specialist at J.P. Morgan Chase, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients while working remotely from home in Auckland, NZ. Your role will involve resolving client inquiries and issues, conducting troubleshooting and technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality and provide seamless support to clients across different time zones.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Document and track client interactions and issue resolution in the system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent client experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Identify opportunities to improve client support processes and procedures


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Adaptable and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment - Strong persuasion and leadership skills to effectively communicate with clients - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
