Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

WestRock is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being resilient and hardworking, as well as have soft skills such as emotional intelligence and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, or requests in a professional and timely manner - Document customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service - Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
