Contact Center Officer

Job description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong work ethic and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy - Providing product information and technical support to customers - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Logging all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in training and development activities to enhance job performance

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and resourceful attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
