Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support over various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Processing customer transactions and payments - Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery - Adhering to company policies and guidelines at all times - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
