Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Dana Holding in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a full-time Associate level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services - Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer care - Analytical mindset with a knack for research
